WHERE IS THE WORK

Field-based: Work is conducted on-site at commercial and institutional client locations throughout the Boston metro area.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Serve as the primary service and maintenance expert for our premium commercial portfolio
• Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up complex HVAC mechanical systems in highly maintained environments
• Coordinate with facility directors and project managers to plan on-site repairs with zero guesswork
• Maintain the highest standard of safety and professionalism required by elite institutional clients
• Provide expert recommendations on system efficiency and long-term asset health

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Current, active membership in good standing with Local 537
• 5+ years of Journeyman-level commercial or industrial HVAC experience
• EPA Section 608 Certification
• A professional demeanor suitable for high-security and institutional environments
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license with a clean record

Compensation: Determined by Local 537 CBA rate sheet. Full union benefits package including health, pension, and annuity. AMS is an equal opportunity employer.
