HVAC Maintenance Technician

Position: Maintenance

Location: Kissimmee, FL

Salary: Based upon qualifications and experience

Summary: Property management firm is seeking HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN with strong organizational, maintenance skills and HVAC experience to support the the HVAC maintenance of a conventional 420 class A multi-family property in Kissimmee, FL. This key management position will be responsible for the following:

• Addressing current tenant repairs
• HVAC repair and installation
• Make general plumbing and electrical repairs
• Ability to install, plaster and paint sheetrock
• Availability for non-business hour emergencies
• Perform HVAC preventative maintenance

Experience: 2+ years of related multi-family property maintenance experience

HVAC Certified is a REQUIREMENT
