HVAC Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced Part-Time / As-Needed HVAC Installer & Technician to assist with heating and cooling systems throughout our mobile home community. This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible work who has strong troubleshooting skills and experience working with mobile home HVAC systems.

Responsibilities Include:

• Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems in mobile homes
• Installing furnaces, AC units, ductwork, and related components
• Refrigerant charging, recovery, and leak detection
• Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical HVAC issues
• Performing preventative maintenance and service calls
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience with mobile home HVAC systems
• Refrigerant handling experience and EPA certification preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Own tools are a plus

This is a flexible, part-time/as-needed position with the opportunity for ongoing work for the right candidate.
