About the Role

As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you’ll perform residential HVAC maintenance, system inspections, and customer education while helping homeowners keep their systems operating safely and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, strong customer interaction, and building long-term technical skills.

You’ll work closely with dispatch, service leadership, and experienced technicians while building your HVAC career within a structured and organized company environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform residential HVAC maintenance and tune-ups
• Inspect heating and cooling systems for safety and performance
• Perform maintenance on gas furnaces, AC systems, and heat pumps
• Identify repair or replacement opportunities when needed
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Maintain organized service vehicles and accurate job documentation
• Use iPads, mobile tools, and company software systems daily
• Attend ongoing training and technical development programs
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of HVAC maintenance experience preferred
• EPA certification required
• HVAC trade school certification or equivalent experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using iPads, phones, and software systems
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Dependable, organized, and committed to delivering a professional customer experience
