Immediate opening for an Experienced Maintenance Technician at a 260 unit apartment complex in Irving, Tx. Applicant needs to be experienced in all aspects of apartment maintenance, including, electrical, plumbing, make ready of vacant apartments and preventive maintenance. Bilingual, Spanish/English and HVAC certified required. Must have good attention to detail and time management skills and be willing and able to follow the leadership of the manager.
