HVAC Maintenance/Service Technician

**Overview:**

We are seeking HVAC Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge, or willingness to learn in mechanical systems, refrigeration, and property maintenance.

**Duties:**

- Perform maintenance, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems

- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure systems are operating efficiently

- Utilize schematics to guide repairs and installations

- Handle equipment repair and replacement tasks

- Maintain accurate records of work performed

**Qualifications:**

- 2 years of HVAC experience

- Mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC/R systems

- Ability to work on various types of residential and light commercial equipment

- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components

- Certification as an HVAC Technician is preferred
