General Description of Position
The Marketing & Business Development Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to promote 4HIM Cooling & Heating Co.’s services, acquire new residential and commercial customers, and strengthen the company’s presence in the HVAC industry. This role combines strategic marketing, customer acquisition, and business growth initiatives to ensure consistent lead generation and long-term company success.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and manage marketing campaigns (digital, print, radio, social media, and community outreach).
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies.
Oversee branding and messaging to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Manage advertising budgets and maximize ROI on marketing spend.
Customer Acquisition & Business Development
Identify, pursue, and secure new residential and commercial accounts.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking, outreach, and community involvement.
Collaborate with sales and CSR/dispatch teams to ensure leads are followed up on promptly. Develop referral and partnership programs to drive new business.
Digital Marketing & Lead Management
Oversee the company website, SEO optimization, and online advertising campaigns.
Manage social media presence to engage with the local community and attract customers.
Track and analyze lead sources and conversion rates to improve performance.
Advertising & Promotions
Create seasonal promotions, service plans, and customer loyalty programs.
Coordinate with local media outlets and vendors for ad placements.
Organize sponsorships, events, and trade shows to increase visibility.
Reporting & Accountability

Provide regular reports on marketing performance, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Track KPIs including cost per lead, conversion rate, and return on advertising spend.
Work closely with ownership to align marketing efforts with company growth goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience in marketing, business development, or sales (HVAC or home services industry preferred). Strong knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, and customer acquisition strategies. Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once. Proficiency in marketing software and tools (Google Ads, social media platforms, CRM systems, etc.)
