HVAC Mechanic- Full Time

Location: McLean, VA
Shift: 9AM-5:30PM (Monday - Friday)

Vinson Hall (VH), a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community in beautiful McLean, VA, is seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanic to join our dedicated team. In this critical role, you will ensure the efficient operation of HVAC and environmental control systems, maintaining a comfortable and safe living environment for our residents and staff.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair, ideally in a residential or commercial setting.
• Valid heating and/or air conditioning license as required by the state.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot HVAC issues effectively.
• Commitment to safety and quality service while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Conduct regular inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Monitor and adjust environmental controls for optimal comfort and compliance.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team and respond promptly to urgent HVAC needs.
