HVAC Mechanic II

Performs skilled work in the maintenance and repair of heating and air-conditioning systems to ensure that a comfortable environment is maintained at all times. The scope of responsibility also includes repair and maintenance of all refrigeration equipment located within the facility, and the performance of preventive maintenance in each of the previously mentioned areas on an established periodic basis. May lead and manage installation, repair, or replacement of HVAC components or systems. Includes all aspects and responsibilities of the HVAC Mechanic trade.
