HVAC Mechanic / Installer

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Mechanic / Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will responsible for setting up, configuring, and testing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential or commercial settings.

Duties

System Installation: Mount and assemble HVAC units—including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits
Ductwork & Piping: Measure, cut, and install sheet metal or flex ductwork and copper refrigerant lines, ensuring all joints are properly sealed, insulated, and leak-free.
Electrical Connections: Connect low-voltage wiring, install thermostats, and securely connect lines to heating equipment.
System Testing: Conduct initial system startups and use diagnostic tools like multimeters and pressure gauges to verify electrical circuits, refrigerant levels, and overall performance.
Customer Interaction: Explain system operation to clients, provide maintenance tips, and maintain a professional job site to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Soft Skills: Problem-solving, attention to detail, time management, and effective communication.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
