HVAC Mechanical Engineer

A well-known OiI & Gas Company in Egypt is looking for HVAC Maintenance Specialist who can:

Job Main Purpose:

Designs, installs, and maintains heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for the plant facilities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.

Job Tasks:

• Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, and field operations for all HVAC systems inside the plant.
• Performing regular maintenance and repairs to prevent system failures and extend the lifespan of HVAC units.
• Implement maintenance programs and conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify malfunctions, equipment failures, or inefficient operation.
• Develop HVAC system designs tailored to the unique needs of the plant, including precise temperature and humidity control for equipment and personnel.
• Conduct heat load calculations and thermal simulations to determine the optimal system capacity and performance requirements.
• Supervise the installation of HVAC components, ensuring they meet design specifications and are tested for safety and efficiency.
• Ensure all systems comply with company safety standards.
• Preparing technical documentation and system reports for compliance and maintenance records.

Job Main Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience years from 4 to 7 years in HVAC Maintenance in oil & gas or Petrochemicals field.
• Oil & Gas or Petrochemicals or LNG Industry Experience.
• American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) Certificate is Preferable.
