About the Role
JRT Mechanical is hiring a HVAC/Mechanical Estimator to support our Service Division and small-to-mid size projects. This role includes job walks, estimating, customer interaction, and coordination with Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Walk job sites and develop scopes of work
• Prepare estimates and proposals (Excel, ServiceTitan)
• Support service work orders and larger bid projects
• Coordinate with Project Managers on job handoff
• Communicate with customers and support ongoing accounts

Requirements

• Strong HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical background
• Experience in service, estimating, or field leadership
• Ability to visualize and plan work from job walks
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong communication and organization skills

Preferred

• ServiceTitan experience
• Previous field experience (Foreman, Lead, or Technician)

Work Environment

• Based in Pasco with regular field visits
• Mix of office work, job walks, and customer interaction
• Construction sites and occupied facilities
