We are looking for technicians who carry themselves with the quiet confidence of a master. To be "Alliance Certified," you must have:

• The Credentials: A valid CT State Trade license, EPA Certification, and a clean driving record.
• The Safety Mindset: Current OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
• The Tools of the Trade: A full set of professional hand tools.
• Technical Authority: The ability to interpret complex blueprints and wiring diagrams while making sound, on-the-job decisions.
• Professional Presence: A commitment to arriving on time, in uniform, and ready to lead with a "Can-Do" spirit.

YOUR IMPACT
