HVAC / MEP Site Engineer – Dubai

Green Cool Technical Work LLC is a growing MEP contracting company in Dubai, specializing in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance works. We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced HVAC / MEP Site Engineer to join our projects team.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct HVAC site surveys and technical assessments

Prepare HVAC project estimations, BOQs, schedules, and quotations

Coordinate with clients, consultants, site engineers, and suppliers

Supervise HVAC installation works at site and ensure quality standards

Manage daily site activities and project execution

Ensure compliance with UAE HVAC standards and safety regulations

Handle project documentation, drawings, and material submittals

Support project planning, execution, and timely completion

Requirements:

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 2 years Gulf (UAE) experience – mandatory

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, estimation, and coordination

Ability to handle multiple site activities independently

Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage

Good communication and coordination skills

Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
