HVAC & MEP SUPERVISOR

• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Monitor the performance of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, ventilation systems, pumps, and associated equipment.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed according to schedules.
• Diagnose and resolve HVAC-related technical issues promptly.

MEP Operations

• Supervise daily MEP maintenance and project activities.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting works.
• Ensure all MEP systems comply with project specifications, safety standards, and local authority requirements.
• Review technical drawings, method statements, and work schedules.
• Monitor subcontractors and technicians to ensure quality workmanship.

Team Management

• Lead and supervise HVAC technicians, electricians, plumbers, and MEP technicians.
• Assign work tasks and monitor workforce productivity.
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to team members.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.

Quality & Safety

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas and equipment.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities.
• Investigate equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.

Planning & Reporting

• Prepare maintenance schedules and manpower deployment plans.
• Maintain records of inspections, repairs, service reports, and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management.

Procurement & Inventory

• Identify material and spare parts requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement activities.
• Ensure proper utilization of tools, equipment, and materials.
