About the Role
As an HVAC New Construction Field Supervisor, you will lead projects from rough-in through final installation across residential and light commercial builds. You will serve as the primary field leader responsible for crew productivity, installation quality, scheduling coordination, and maintaining jobsite standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to manage people, timelines, and quality directly impacts project success and company performance.

What You'll Do
Lead and supervise HVAC installation crews across new construction job sites
Oversee projects from rough-in through trim and completion
Ensure all work meets company standards, local codes, and builder expectations
Coordinate with builders, general contractors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule
Train, mentor, and develop installers and junior team members
Maintain jobsite safety, organization, and quality control standards
Take full ownership of assigned projects as the primary field point of accountability

What We're Looking For
5+ years of HVAC experience with a strong background in new construction
Previous experience as a foreman, lead installer, or field supervisor
Proven ability to lead crews, manage job sites, and drive productivity
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
High standards for quality, clean installs, and professional jobsite execution
