Gillette HeatingAir is a growing, family-owned HVAC company looking for a New Construction Field Supervisor to lead installation crews and oversee job site operations. What You'll Do
Oversee daily new construction HVAC installations while remaining hands-on in the field. Lead and support installation crews, coordinate with builders and project managers, ensure jobs are completed on time and to company standards, and maintain quality control across multiple job sites.

What We're Looking For
Strong background in new construction HVAC installation
Previous leadership or crew lead experience required
Ability to manage schedules, crews, and job site expectations
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
RMGA Certification required
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving history
