HVAC New Construction Installer-Ankeny

Aspen Aire Inc is a fast growing Heating and Air Conditioning company. We are looking for New Construction Lead installers and helpers to join our team!!

Our corporate office in Ankeny Iowa has an immediate need for bright and enthusiastic individuals to join our field operations team. No experience is necessary; we will provide all the necessary training in our training facility and in the field. We will also put you through a 4 year Journeyman program if needed.

General duties:

• Operate a variety of hand and power tools and hand tools.
• Demonstrate Respect and Compassion when communicating with builders on work that's being performed.
• Completes all tasks asked by Lead installer
• Gain knowledge of tasks being performed on what it takes to become a Lead installer.

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work with high degree of integrity and promote positive company image
• Analytical, Focused on Quality, and Results-driven
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
• Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business
• Satisfactory passing of mandatory pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Valid driver’s license, with minimal DMV infractions

Working Conditions and Physical Effort:

• Work is performed in residential new construction, areas
• Moderate physical effort required, including standing, squatting, sitting for extended periods of time.
• Work is performed in the elements. (winter heaters are provided)
