HVAC Office Dispatch Clerk

Position Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Dispatch Clerk to coordinate service requests, schedule HVAC technicians, and ensure efficient communication between clients and field staff. The successful candidate will be essential in managing daily dispatch operations and supporting the smooth functioning of our HVAC service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and prioritize incoming HVAC service requests from clients
  • Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians for service and installation appointments
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and job status updates
  • Communicate with technicians and clients to confirm appointments and relay important information
  • Monitor ongoing service jobs and update job statuses in the system
  • Coordinate with the office team to ensure timely completion of work
  • Handle phone inquiries, provide customer support, and address client questions
  • Organize and maintain dispatch logs and related documentation

Qualifications:

  • Experience in dispatch, office administration, or customer service preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the HVAC industry or with HVAC scheduling systems
  • Knowledge of HVAC services, codes, and terminology
  • Customer service experience

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
