Your Day as Our Office Manager

You walk in knowing exactly what the day looks like, because you built the structure that makes that possible.


You start by reviewing the dispatch board, making sure every tech slot is filled, every call is classified correctly, and the booking rate is where it needs to be. Your CSR team runs calls while you listen to recordings, catch what they missed, and coach them to close better. Not because someone told you to, but because you understand that every unanswered call is revenue walking out the door.

By midday you are reviewing outbound call reports, reassigning priorities, and handling whatever escalation the team brought up that morning. You know when to step in and when to let your team handle it, because you have built the confidence in them to do it right.

Your afternoons are about management: one-on-ones, KPI reviews, restocking, HR paperwork, and communicating across departments so that nobody is waiting on someone else to move. You leave at the end of the day knowing the office ran well, and so does everyone else.
