Job Title: Part-Time Office Assistant (HVAC Company)

Schedule: Part-Time (2–3 days per week, 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM; hours may vary depending on workload)

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers
  • Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians
  • Manage customer information and job details
  • Accurately input and maintain data in our system
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Friendly and professional phone demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
  • Housecall Pro experience is a plus (preferred but not required)
  • HVAC industry experience is a plus
