HVAC Opportunity Technician

We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Opportunity Technician who excels at diagnosing systems, building trust with homeowners, and identifying replacement opportunities to help deliver top-tier comfort solutions.

What You’ll Do

Perform thorough inspections, diagnostics, and service on residential HVAC systems

Identify system failures, inefficiencies, and aging equipment that may require replacement

Educate homeowners on system condition and introduce replacement options when appropriate

Turn over qualified opportunities to the comfort advisor/sales team

Set the table for a seamless customer experience by building trust and confidence

Ensure accurate documentation of findings, recommendations, and turnover details in ServiceTitan

Maintain strong communication with install and sales teams for smooth handoffs

Deliver an Over-the-Top service experience on every call

Participate in ongoing technical training and development

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3–5 years of HVAC service experience

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and customer education skills

Ability to confidently identify and present system concerns and replacement indicators

Tech-savvy with experience using tablets and CRM systems (ServiceTitan preferred)

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

EPA certification preferred

Team-oriented, professional, and customer-focused mindset

Pay: $25.00 - $32.27 per hour
