HVAC Parts Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HVAC Parts Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities

• Coordinate the procurement and inventory management of HVAC parts, ensuring timely availability for service and repair needs
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and oversee sourcing activities to secure quality parts at competitive rates
• Utilize ERP systems and order management software to process purchase orders, track shipments, and update inventory records accurately
• Conduct demand planning based on historical data, upcoming projects, and customer requirements to maintain optimal stock levels
• Oversee warehouse operations, including shipping & receiving, storage organization, and equipment repair logistics
• Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for work order tracking, maintenance scheduling, and asset management
• Collaborate with service team and office personnel to fulfill parts requests efficiently while providing excellent customer service

Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement management, or inventory control within the HVAC industry
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, diagnostics, OEM parts sourcing, and equipment repair
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and order management systems for efficient processing
• Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification preferred but not required
• Excellent negotiation skills with suppliers; adept at pricing strategies and demand planning
• Experience with shipping & receiving procedures, logistics coordination, and sourcing within dealership or manufacturing environments
• Strong data entry skills coupled with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping in the system

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
