Bragg Home Services is a locally owned and operated residential and light commercial plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical company providing maintenance, repair, and installation services to Sonoma, Marin, & Napa County residents since 1968!

We are searching for a customer service representative to join our team!

Customer Services Representatives must have previous plumbing, electrical and/or HVAC experience, possess a diverse skill set, able to multi-task, work well under pressure and make sound judgement calls. Our clients are promised 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed, and our Customer Service Representatives are accountable for ensuring this happens during every single customer interaction.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in plumbing, heating, air conditioning, or electrical industry
Previous customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Computer savvy with strong excel and service titan knowledge a plus!
Previous sales experience helpful but not required
Dedicated to providing superior customer service
Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment

Duties:

Receive high volume of inbound calls as well as make outbound calls to existing clients, booking appointments at a high conversion rate

Able to quickly identify the client’s request or concern and efficiently provide the most effective solution

Effectively use critical thinking skills to solve problems for clients while consistently using the best judgement to determine the best solution

Proactively gain and maintain a full understanding of our portfolio of products and services

Efficiently enter accurate and detailed records of client interactions and actions taken

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
