HVAC Product Sales & Marketing Manager

General Conditions:
  • Arabic communication skills are a must
  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in Saudi Arabia (mandatory)
  • Strong experience HVAC products Sales such as Package Units, AHUs, and Unitary Units etc.
  • Established client base with consultants, contractors, and developers
  • Good technical knowledge of HVAC systems and applications
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Saudi Driving license should be ready to travel inside and outside KSA.
  • Must be presentable
Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Industrial Air Conditioning.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow sales for HVAC products across Saudi Arabia and Gulf region.
  • Handle key accounts including consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
  • Utilize existing client relationships to generate new business opportunities.
  • Prepare technical submittals and commercial proposals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions.
