HVAC Purchasing Manager

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Parts Purchasing Manager to manage procurement, logistics, and delivery of HVAC parts and equipment. This role ensures the right materials are in the right place—on time and within budget—to support our field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase HVAC parts and equipment from approved vendors
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and freight
• Coordinate logistics, shipping, and job-site deliveries
• Track orders and resolve delivery issues or shortages
• Manage inventory levels and supplier relationships

Qualifications

• Experience purchasing HVAC parts or equipment
• Strong logistics and delivery coordination skills
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Organized, detail-oriented, and vendor-focused
