HVAC Quality Control/Field Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HVAC Quality Control/Field Supervisor to lead and oversee the quality assurance processes on construction sites. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily field activities related to HVAC installation, inspection, and quality control on construction sites.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections and assessments of HVAC systems during various phases of construction to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with construction management teams to plan inspection schedules, monitor progress, and address any quality issues promptly.
• Collect and analyze data related to construction quality, documenting findings through detailed reports and records.
• Review contracts, drawings, and technical specifications to verify adherence during installation and inspection processes.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts by analyzing issues on-site, recommending corrective actions, and verifying their implementation.
• Ensure all construction activities meet regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and company quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on HVAC systems or related mechanical installations.
• Strong background in construction management, quality control, and construction inspection practices.
• Knowledge of contracts, technical specifications, and industry standards relevant to HVAC installation.
• Excellent analysis skills for identifying issues during inspections and implementing effective solutions.
• Ability to collect accurate data through detailed observations and documentation during site visits.
• Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and regulations.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project quality goals are met.
