HVAC / R Service Coordinator

KCR, Inc, a 50-year family owned and operated HVAC and Refrigeration company is seeking a service coordinator to provide overall support to their Service Department. The HVAC / Refrigeration Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting our field technicians with the management, scheduling, and dispatching of all field technicians to handle all service and installation related calls and installations in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring that all customer expectations are met.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming service and maintenance calls from customers and inputs into scheduling system
• Assists in dispatching and scheduling tasks when required
• Coordinates maintenance renewals, accuracy and schedules with customers
• Manage inventory to insure stock levels are adequate in both the warehouse and service vans
• Issues PO’s to all service techs when needed
• Prepares service invoices for billing
• Responsible for processing warranty claims including ordering parts
• Handles customer inquiries, complaints, billing questions, and service requests
• Assists in the shipping and receiving of all materials

• Strong attention to detail
• Superior organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with minimal supervision
• Able to effectively communicate with employees, customers, vendors, and subcontractors

Minimum Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in the HVAC industry
• Computer skills proficiency
• Must be able to pass a background check
