Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Refrigeration Technician to support the manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance of our industrial HVAC systems. This is a hands-on role working with advanced refrigeration systems in hazardous and industrial environments.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems throughout the manufacturing process


• Verify proper installation and operation of compressors, condensers, evaporators, and expansion valves


• Perform charging, evacuation, leak detection, and pressure testing in accordance with EPA regulations and industry standards


• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues prior to shipment


• Partner with engineering to identify design improvements and manufacturability enhancements


• Document testing, troubleshooting steps, and corrective actions


• Follow all safety protocols when handling refrigerants and working with high-voltage systems


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with HVAC/R or refrigeration systems (industrial experience preferred)


• Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, components, and controls


• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings


• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety


• Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment
