HVAC & Refrigeration Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to join our team and drive excellence in maintaining, repairing, and installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical systems using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as multimeters.
• Perform installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of HVAC units, refrigeration equipment—and plumbing components.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design documents to accurately execute service tasks.
• Conduct field service visits to client sites for routine inspections, emergency repairs, appliance repairs, property maintenance, and system upgrades.
• Utilize welding skills and equipment repair knowledge to address mechanical issues involving boilers, compressors, or other mechanical components.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards related to HVAC/R systems and property maintenance procedures.
• Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs of all work performed for accountability and future reference.

Experience

• Proven experience as a service technician specializing in HVAC and refrigeration systems with a strong understanding of mechanical principles.
• Hands-on experience with construction projects involving HVAC installation or system upgrades.
• Familiarity with schematics reading, HVAC design principles, plumbing systems
• Demonstrated ability to operate diagnostic tools such as multimeters effectively in troubleshooting electrical issues within HVAC/R equipment.
• Mechanical knowledge of boilers, appliances, field service operations, welding techniques, and property maintenance practices.
• Prior experience working with property management teams or commercial clients is highly desirable.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
