We specialize in residential and commercial heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems — and we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Salesman to help us continue growing.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled HVAC/R Salesman with strong technical knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have expertise in a variety of HVAC systems and equipment, with High Efficiency inverter experience preferred. This role involves meeting with customers, assessing their needs, and providing customized HVAC solutions while maintaining long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell HVAC/R systems and upgrades to residential and commercial customers.
• Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate systems and configurations.
• Prepare and present detailed quotes and proposals.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure accurate project execution.
• Maintain strong product knowledge, especially in Inverter and ductless systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC sales experience (required).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards and local codes.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
