HVAC Residential Install Helper Howell’s Heating & Air – Central Virginia
Howell’s Heating & Air is seeking an HVAC Residential Install Helper to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated, dependable individual with at least 2 years of HVAC experience who is ready to grow with a company known for quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. This position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, works well in a team environment, and takes pride in doing quality work in customers’ homes. Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with residential HVAC system installations
• Help remove and replace heating and cooling equipment
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Assist with ductwork, basic installation tasks, and job site organization
• Follow company installation procedures and safety standards
• Represent the company professionally while working in customers’ homes

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience required
• Mechanically inclined
• Strong work ethic and willingness to grow
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials
• Clean Virginia driver’s license required
