HVAC Residential Installer

We are looking for an someone to join our HVAC install team. This position is ideal for someone who has some knowledge of the HVAC trade or hands-on field experience, but even more importantly, someone who brings a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. We want someone who is dependable, motivated, and ready to grow in the trade.

This is a full-time position, working four 10-hour shifts per week, Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with the installation of HVAC systems and equipment
• Support job site setup, cleanup, and organization throughout the day
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials needed for each job
• Help maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures
• Restock the truck using the truck restock template
• Work alongside team members to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
• Participate in training and continue developing HVAC knowledge and skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some HVAC experience or working knowledge of the trade preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read schematics and technical documents is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Ability to take direction and work well as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
