Overview:

We're seeking an experienced HVAC Install Lead to join our growing team. As an HVAC Install Lead, you'll be responsible for installing and replacing residential HVAC systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Install and replace residential HVAC systems with precision and attention to detail.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing potential issues and educating customers on their options.
• Communicate effectively with customers and collaborate with the Sales Person who sold the job.
• Ensure significant attention to detail and care for customers' homes during installations.
• Stay informed about company pricing and communicate material changes.
• Participate in training to stay updated on industry technologies.
• Document installation steps and equipment information accurately.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Adhere to safety protocols at all times and maintain availability for emergency situations.
• Ensure the company vehicle is well-maintained and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a residential HVAC Technician.
• EPA certification and clean driving record.
• Effective communication skills.
• Must provide own tools.

Preferred:

• NATE Certification.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

• Mobility and physical fitness required for accessing crawl spaces and lifting heavy weights.
• Exposure to extreme temperatures may occur.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

• Are you able to complete a full residential system (furnace and AC) installation in one day?
• Are you located in the Denver area or surrounding cities? (This does not include Fort Collins or Colorado Springs). Employees must currently reside in the Denver metro and surrounding cities.

Experience:

• lead residential HVAC installation: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• EPA Type II (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Required)
