We have an opportunity for a skilled HVAC Installer Lead to join our locally operated team. Shoretech services is looking for someone that wants to grow with our family owned company. The ideal candidate Must have a minimum of 2 years of Install experience, and have previously done residential HVAC installs. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The HVAC Installer will be responsible for ensuring that heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are installed correctly and functioning efficiently. We are looking to hire someone that lives within 30 minutes of 29930 John J Williams Highway, Millsboro, DE. Candidates are background checked and drug tested. Shoretech Services is a locally owned and operated family HVAC business.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Operate various tools and equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with other technicians and service personnel to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all installations and repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.

Experience

• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as an HVAC Installer.
• Ability to drive a van or service vehicle to job sites as needed.
• Valid Driver's license with good driving record.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
