HVAC Residential Service Technician

Job Summary

Greens Energy Services is looking to add an Experienced HVAC Service Technician to our award-winning team based in Orlando. You will clean, repair, and offer system enhancements to clients heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform full system diagnosis and repairs as needed
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Great communication skills with our clients
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Must work on call rotation schedule
• Respond to emergency service requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Perform major repairs following required procedures
• Understand proper refrigerant charging methods
• Understand duct work, diagnose air flow problems, and share proper solutions
• Ability to learn and understand basic ipad navigation

Qualifications and Skills

• High school education required
• 3+ years field experience as a HVAC service technician required

• NATE Certification, EPA Certification, and HVAC trade school
• Clean driving record and pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Must have your own tools – Including hand tools, meters, torches, gauges, pumps
• Detail oriented and understand the importance of documentation
• Must understand IAQ products features and benefits
• Must understand OSHA safety programs
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
