Role Overview

• Diagnose and perform HVAC repairs requiring additional time/parts

• Conduct routine maintenance and replace system components

• Install and set up thermostats, dehumidifiers, etc., and educate customers

• Recommend beneficial services and system optimization tips

• Safely complete and thoroughly document all work

What You Need

• 1+ year HVAC experience & valid HVAC licensing

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

• Strong mechanical aptitude, diagnostics, and communication skills

• Ability to read technical instructions and use HVAC software/tools

• Customer-focused mindset and ability to explain technical info clearly

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check (safety-sensitive role)
