What You’ll Do as an HVAC RNC Start-Up Service Technician:

• Run service calls for residential new construction homes
• Perform start-up on HVAC systems with accuracy and attention to detail
• Build trust with homeowners through honest recommendations
• Represent the 1st Choice brand with professionalism and pride
• Complete and submit all paperwork accurately and on time

What You Bring:

• 2+ year of HVAC Residential New Construction service experience
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Solid organization and time management
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
