This role combines technical HVAC knowledge with strategic sales skills to identify opportunities, generate leads, and close service and installation contracts. The ideal candidate is confident in prospecting, relationship-building, and presenting HVAC solutions that meet customer needs while supporting company growth goals.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC installation, maintenance, retrofit, and repair services
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, contractors, facility managers, and homeowners
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events
• Conduct site visits and assess customer HVAC needs
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and service agreements
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
• Stay informed on HVAC industry trends, energy efficiency solutions, and competitor offerings

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC sales, business development, or related field
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and service processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and technical specifications preferred
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check
