The Opportunity

This role is designed for someone who wants more than a paycheck.

  • No base salary—your income is directly tied to your performance

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Meet with homeowners to assess comfort needs
  • Design and present HVAC system solutions (AC, heating, heat pumps, IAQ)
  • Educate customers on options, financing, and energy efficiency
  • Follow up on open opportunities and close sales
  • Help refine pricing, presentation, and sales processes
  • Contribute ideas to improve conversion rates and customer experience
