As we expand our footprint across the United Arab Emirates, we are looking for dynamic and driven Sales Engineers to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enquiry Generation through various available resources ,visiting under construction sites ,cold calling and target mid segment contractors and HVAC service providers .
  • Identify and develop business opportunities with MEP contractors, consultants, and project developers.
  • Promote and position Softlogic’s range of HVAC systems and solutions in the market.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial offers in line with client requirements.
  • Conduct site visits, understand project specifications, and coordinate with technical teams for design and selection.
  • Build strong relationships with consultants and key decision-makers to get product approvals.
  • Negotiate contracts, close orders, and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Monitor project progress, coordinate with logistics, and ensure timely deliveries and payments.
  • Provide regular market intelligence, competitor analysis, and feedback to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
  • 3-4 years of UAE experience in HVAC sales (chillers, DX systems, VRF, or airside products).
  • Strong network with MEP contractors, HVAC service providers and FM companies in the region.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of HVAC systems and design fundamentals.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • UAE driving license is a must.
