HVAC Sales Manager

Position: HVAC Sales Manager
Location: DHA Phase 2, Karachi (Onsite)
Salary: 150,000 – 200,000
Experience Required: 4–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of HVAC systems including VRF, chillers, split, and ducted units
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and client pipelines
• Conduct site surveys to assess project requirements
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design HVAC solutions
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and quotations
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients
• Coordinate with procurement and installation teams
• Follow up on leads and ongoing projects
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups
• Achieve sales targets
• Maintain reports, forecasts, and CRM updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• 4–5 years of relevant sales experience
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
