Job Description

We are looking for a proven HVAC sales closer who can run appointments, build trust with homeowners, and confidently close high-ticket system replacements.

If you know how to control the conversation, present options, and ask for the sale—this is a high-income opportunity.

What You’ll Do

  • Run company-provided leads (2–4 per day typical)
  • Perform in-home evaluations and load calculations
  • Present system options (Good / Better / Best)
  • Educate homeowners and overcome objections
  • Close deals on the spot
  • Coordinate with install team for smooth job completion
  • Maintain accurate notes in CRM

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of HVAC sales experience (preferred)
  • Strong closing ability (not an order taker)
  • Knowledge of residential HVAC systems
  • Professional appearance and communication
  • Ability to handle $8K–$25K+ ticket sales
  • Valid driver’s license

Compensation

  • Commission-based: $100K–$350K + potential
