HVAC Sales Representative

Job Overview
HVAC is one of the most profitable and fastest growing industries. The Chill Brothers is seeking a motivated and results-driven HVAC Sales Representative to join our dynamic team, preferred sales closing experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through closing effective pre-qualified leads provided daily for customers already in the market for our products and services. HVAC industry a plus but candidates from all industries welcomed. If you are passionate about sales and eager to contribute to our success, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Run pre-qualified and confirmed appointments from Direct Marketing and Online Sources.
  • Conduct technical sales presentations to demonstrate product features and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance brand visibility in the market.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Preferred Sales Closing Experience (HVAC industry a plus but candidates from all industries welcomed).
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Familiarity with technology sales concepts and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
  • Conduct sales presentations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter attitude with a strong desire for personal growth and professional development.
