Climate Experts is a fast-growing, family-owned home services company serving Brevard County and surrounding areas. We deliver a world-class customer experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. We don't just hire salespeople — we set them up to win. We provide the leads, the turnovers, the training, and the tools. You bring the drive and the ability to close.

THE ROLE

This is a residential HVAC sales position. You will run company provided leads, build rapport with homeowners, present solutions, and close deals — representing Climate Experts with professionalism and integrity on every call. You will be backed by a full office and technical team dedicated to making sure you have everything you need to succeed.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- Follow up on company provided leads in a timely manner

- Establish customer rapport and identify needs through the right questions

- Present the right products and service solutions for each homeowner

- Create accurate and complete sales proposals the install team can execute on

- Develop key client relationships and close deals with confidence

- Build a referral base to expand your pipeline

- Become an expert in your market area

- Attend weekly sales training and coaching sessions

- Help set aggressive sales goals and contribute to company growth

WHAT WE OFFER

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Minimum 2 years of face to face sales experience

- Proven ability to close and overcome objections

- Driven, competitive, and passionate about the hunt

- Ability to build rapport quickly and cultivate long term relationships

- Proficient with software and technology

- HVAC experience preferred but not required — we will train you on the product

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Reliable transportation and a cell phone with internet connection

- Must pass background check and drug screening

- Follows our tobacco-free policy

SCHEDULE

4 days per week. 3 days off. No on-call.
