We are seeking a driven B2B salesperson to develop and grow commercial accounts. This role focuses on
building relationships, generating opportunities, and closing larger-scale projects
.
Compensation:

$1,000/week base + uncapped commission

$80,000–$150,000+ earning potential

What You’ll Do:

Develop and manage relationships with commercial and industrial clients

Prospect and generate new business (property managers, facilities, contractors, etc.)

Follow up on marketing-generated leads

Perform site visits and assess HVAC system needs

Prepare proposals and close projects
-
Build a pipeline of repeat and long-term clients

Requirements:

2+ years of B2B or commercial sales experience

Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills

Comfortable with outreach (calls, emails, in-person visits)

Ability to manage a pipeline and close deals

Self-motivated and results-driven

HVAC or mechanical knowledge is a plus
