HVAC Sales Representive/ Sales Intern

Harbor Air Conditioning is a fast-growing HVAC company focused on residential system replacements and high-quality installs.

We are looking for a Sales Representative / Sales Intern with sales experience who can run appointments, follow a structured process, and close deals.

This is a performance-driven role. If you’re used to hourly pay and low expectations, this is not the position for you.

Responsibilities

  • Run qualified, inbound appointments (no cold door knocking)
  • Present HVAC system options to homeowners
  • Offer financing solutions and guide customers through approvals
  • Follow a proven sales process (no guessing, no freelancing)
  • Close deals and follow up with open estimates

Skills

  • Previous sales experience required (any industry)
  • Strong communication and confidence in face-to-face sales
  • Coachable and able to follow a structured process
  • Reliable transportation
  • Comfortable working evenings/weekends as needed

Compensation

  • Commission per closed deal (uncapped)
  • Performance bonuses available
  • High earning potential for strong closers
