Your New Role

  • Develop and maintain relationships with HVAC contractors, distributors, and dealer partners
  • Manage existing accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Present HVAC products and solutions that meet customer needs and support business growth
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support customer success and account management
  • Travel within your assigned region for customer visits, meetings, and industry events
  • Monitor HVAC market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Maintain accurate account updates and sales activity using CRM tools
  • Position based in Hickory, Kentucky with an in-office expectation and occasional remote flexibility

Job requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience in the HVAC industry
  • Experience working with HVAC distributors, contractors, or dealer networks
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and industry terminology
  • Ability to manage a sales territory and work independently
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools preferred
