✔ Proven HVAC or in-home sales experience (2+ years)
✔ Confident, competitive, and MONEY-MOTIVATED
✔ Closer mentality – You don’t just pitch, you CLOSE
✔ Strong communication & people skills
✔ Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
✔ Valid driver’s license (we provide the car)
