**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years experience
- Proven experience in HVAC sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
**Responsibilities:**
- Generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Evaluate customer HVAC needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Provide accurate and competitive price quotes to customers
- Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulations
**Additional Requirements:**
- Willingness to travel to customer locations
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
- Flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs
- HVAC certification a plus
